Campo Verde - Pearisburg

I absolutely can't believe they can't get a phone order right. I gave them three chances, but that was three too many.

It's a fairly typical Mexican restaurant, but they do offer some great happy hour specials.

We absolutely enjoy visiting this place, and the staff is wonderful. The prices are great, and the food is delicious.

Despite the unpleasantness, we did manage to find at least one decent dish on our plates, so I paid for the meal. However, I feel we should have received some form of discount or compensation instead of just an excuse, considering the poor experience. After working in the food industry for seven years, I believe that when a customer raises a concern, it’s best to offer a discount proactively to help maintain the restaurant’s reputation. Sadly, that wasn’t the case here. After we left, I felt a bit nauseous, and my girlfriend ended up with severe diarrhea. Although this wasn’t our first time dining here, it will definitely be our last. We have no plans to return.
