Tell me how these clowns have the door closed. I dont think the owners would appreciate this service. Ok! I still drove 15min away, a simple hey we cant ring ppl up would have avoided this post. Like many companys ppl are cross trained. Maybe this should be implemented in your company. Btw thanks for the apology
