Feedback gevenWhile I was waiting for them to call DoorDash, we got disconnected. I called back again, and the staff member said they had contacted DoorDash and assured me they would send my order again. Now the new delivery was estimated for after 4:00 PM. When I inquired about my original order, he said he hadn't thought to ask about it. Finally, at 4:00 PM, I received my food, but it's half of what I ordered – everything is only half-full! Guess they really showed me!
I used the drive-thru, and I have to say that the parking lot is poorly designed; I almost get hit every time I go through. The food is good, and the staff is always friendly, but it would really help if there were better signage or if they rearranged the drive-thru.
I had the Mediterranean grain bowl with chicken. It was delicious! I'll definitely order it again soon.
I tried the new Asiago bagel sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, and I highly recommend it! Also, the cinnamon rolls are large, generously iced, and absolutely delicious.
2:15 They said the food was delivered at 3:00. 3:15 No food... When I asked if my order was late (POLITELY) and he said he had no idea... that if it leaves the store, they are not responsible! No! You are responsible for my food!!! While waiting for them to call Door Dash, we were separated, so I called AGAIN back and said they called DD and then told me they would send it back. NOW they will change it and it will be here after 4:00 AM When I asked what happened to my first order, he said I didn't think to ask?. I just have my food 4PM It's half the food I ordered as full in its whole half! Guess they showed me!
