I believe that this company is removing reviews on YelpI have had my review removed twice now as have others I work with.

No acknowledgement from the staff (and a lot of them were available) walking around us, serving and dressing others table near us.

Very polished, polite service but the food menu was small. You can get a la carte cheese and there's about 12 - 15 to choose from but I think they specialize in pairing cheese with various types of booze. We went for lunch and we had the TEN cheese toastie for $11 and served with a spicy chutney. It was very good. I'd definitely categorize Fromage Artisans as more of a bar than an eatery.

After being ignored for the last 20 minutes (a wednesday) we decided to ask the waitress,who were dressing the table right next to us, if we need to order our food by ourselves to the bar, she said "No, but wait I finish to prepare this table"..., we wait and nothing.  As we were apparently not welcomed at all, we decided to leave and went to an other restaurant instead. Shame on you for your customer service.
