Kfc - Phoenix

I ordered two chicken sandwiches. Then after waiting in the drive thru for 10 minutes or more I finally get to the drive thru window and pay for my food and then the girl tells me that it not ready yet. It's going to be four more minutes and tells me to pull around to the front and they will bring it out to me. So I had to wait for almost 20 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. I could understand if it was a big order but it wasn't. I won't be going there again!

Review of KFC Original: If you're in the mood for the world-renowned original recipe chicken, make sure to visit your nearest KFC located at 5145 W. Baseline Road. In terms of the overall experience, the vending machines were not functioning and the trash bins were overflowing. Additionally, some tables had crumbs on them. Despite the lack of business, the store was able to handle the situation.

Should have checked my order before driving home. Found that my 3 piece order that I paid nearly $11.00 for actually was a 2 piece! I am not about to drive back.This was my 1st visit to KFC in years! Kinda leaves me with a bad taste!

Meal deal tonight 12 piece special. KFC drive through purchase. Smelling good. Family waiting for dinner. Well, biscuits doughy half done. Green beans cold as if someone just dumped a can of green beans. Mac Cheese cold awful. Looking like cold butter mixed-up. Chicken looked iffy plus it only had a drumstick tip. I packed everything up and returned with a quickness! Terrible with a capital T!

Paid extra for mixed option to get breasts wings, thighs and legs. Spent $40 and was only given thighs and legs. Ordered fries and the box was half empty as was the Mac and cheese. Definitely overcharged and hard to get help to get it fixed.
