Feedback gevenPanda Express carries out a feedback survey which, after completion, receives free duck or page of the original dial. However, in my last visit, the cashier Connie would not know how to use the online code to give a free participant and therefore rejected. I wonder why Panda Express does this survey if they don't want to honor it. Bad experience. Also the chicken was chewy and partly boiled, and now a day chicken entree quantity has been reduced.... apart from raising price, they have reduced...
I was in many different Panda Express restaurants, and this one from far away has the WORST fried rice I've ever tasted. I'm not sure who makes the rice here, but they have to double check their recipe because it's terrible. I always enjoyed the rice of Panda, but it was almost impossible.
Horrible management that does not answer her phone and hides itself from the obvious newer complaints. Had dry ends and tiny pieces that were clearly the end of the tablet of orange chicken. I've never been so dissatisfied with them as they tried to overthrow the B.S remains because it was a pickup job. Shame on you so-called management! And again, nice task to avoid the public that you are screwing out of their hard-earned money!
I couldn't resist loving the panda meat. So tender and juicy. With friends from work. Fast and friendly service.
This location used to be my favorite I've been coming here for almost 9 years but the last few times I've been here was really bad. The food doesn't taste as good as it used to and the service is going down hill. Last time I did a pick up order and went 10 minutes after the time they gave me and my order was not ready! Nobody acknowledged me walking in so I waited an extra 10 minutes until someone asked me about the name on the order.it took them a few minutes to get the order ready, I paid and l went back to work because I was on my lunch break, I opened the box and an Item was missing from my order! I tried calling but it kept telling me no one was available to help! So I went online and emailed them what happened and it was a long process.. I finally get an email back from them the next day telling me my money will be refunded to my account and it's been a week and nothing is refunded. So I'm never going back to this location. I would recommend everyone to check your order before you leave the location so you don't waste your time like me.
