Kfc - Plainview

Horrible customer service rude employees I hardly go to kfc but when I do it’s always something wrong girl at window said they were out of a product because too lazy to refill product missing and I’m guessing “manager” tried to fix the issue but didn’t I don’t think management knows what they are doing and when I tried calling multiple times they do not answer the phone I do see this food chain going out of business with the employees they hire

We had an issue with our order. It was givin to another car and we had to wait so long, but the manager was awesome! The way she handled the whole situation ? especially with my tough self being hangry and frustrated ? the food was great spot on.

Dine in is closed due to short staffing. Long line at drive thru. But it went fast and order was correct so no problems.

The 2 females were rude.. sat in a parking spot for almost 20 mins before receiving order. Won’t go there again .. sad cause I love KFC

The service here at KFC sucks I went on Tuesday September 21-2021 at 7 pm and there was a long line and the woman in the window was visiting with the people that was at the window and I say this coz I was the one behind that car at the window she had already hand her what she order and they were just chatting like there were no cars my food was cold and nasty by the time I got it will not ever go back and I give it no stars but had to give it one coz won’t let me post my review but no stars just bad all around
