Pluckers - Plano

The restaurant was extremely crowded during our visit, and we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table. The chicken and dessert were just alright. The atmosphere inside seemed to have the vibe of a bar. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.

Where do I even begin? I signed up for the waiting list online, expecting a wait of about an hour. We ended up waiting for 1.5 hours before being seated. After placing our order, we had to wait an additional 2 hours for our food. Seriously? By the time it arrived, the food was cold and unappetizing. This experience was extremely disappointing. I definitely won’t be returning here. I think I'll head to Buffalo Wild Wings instead. It's unfortunate, but it is what it is.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! The chicken was great, but the service was just okay. The place was so loud that the music drowned out everything— I could hardly hear my server, which led to him getting our order wrong. We also couldn't order single bone wings, so we ended up having to get more than we wanted. Given the prices, I expected better service. On top of that, we had to pay extra for ranch dressing. The wings were disappointing, but the chicken was really good. Unfortunately, the overall experience was a nightmare and not worth it.

The wings are great! The 32oz beer is brilliant in a cold glass cup. The service was great and it was fast.

Food and service is always great. Their wings though seem to be smaller than usual so I was a little disappointed.
