B-lux Grill - Pocono Summit

The food was delicious and the customer service was exceptional. We were very happy with the portion sizes and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely be returning in the future.

What a great restaurant! we had the best waitress, kamila, she was 5 steps before us during the whole meal. they heard we celebrated a birthday and brought our desert with a candle. She was so nice. the food was great too! I have the Bavarian bretzel with beer cheese and buffalo mac and cheese! so yes! highly recommended!

The prices and quality are perfectly aligned and the service that we received from our waitress, Lisa was second to none. All of our food came out EXACTLY how we ordered it and each plate was perfectly prepared. Let your kids splurge on the shakes too! Ours smiled the entire time we were at B-Lux.

It was clean inside.Their kids menu was a good selection. I gave only 4 stars because our waitress was not familiar with many items we asked about and then she walked away in the middle of asking a question.

The wait to sit was 35 minutes. My soda was flat. We were told after we ordered their soup, that they did not have it. Nashville chicken sandwich had a burnt, bad tasting breading on it. Was not spicy, or have any sauce on it. Took awhile to get our food, when larger parties got theirs sooner! Ingredients were missing on queso fries and loaded tots. Forgot to bring our salad that we ordered. The salad looked cheap, along with all the other food. Milkshake was half whipped cream. The server, Bridget couldn’t remember our refills for our drinks. Wings tasted bad and were barely covered in sauce. Bridget never asked if we wanted desert, but didn’t hesitate to ask us if we wanted our check. Felt rushed and she told us to let her know when we are done. (Not our responsibility) Overpriced food and service with overpriced gratuity.
