Engen Pongola 1 Stop

With all the R2's you charge to use the toilets, surely you can clean it and ensure everything works.

I enjoyed at wimpy they take care of me.breakfast was I really enjoyed being at wimpy in pongola,next time I will never make a mistake not passing in this beautiful place and clean.

Utterly poor poor service. It seems like you're bothering the staff even for the littlest of things. My 3 year old boy was in dire need to pee, but was met with a lady sleeping with her blanket who woke up and immediately demanded R2 to her hand, instead of inserting it in the gate. She even had the audacity to keep my change. Never coming here ever again.!

Pay to enter restrooms. Supposedly to aid hygiene. Extra cleaning seemed to consist of a lady walking up and down spraying a purple liquid in the air. The stalls did not all have toilet roll and there was a puddle and a cigarette end on the floor. There was an ATM positioned so that it was being used the toilet could not be accessed. The turnstile was extremely narrow

If I could give a zero, I would. The worst engen I've ever been to, and I only fill up at Engen. Using the bathroom is a human right, you must wait, look for change then pay to use their restrooms. Making it inherently exclusionary and dehumanizing. I was going to sit down and eat but the restroom put a sour taste in my mouth. Absolutely unacceptable, this is supposed to function at a one stop for persons who have been traveling for hours. I would like a response with details on engen customer service to find out if it example of the ethos of Engen as a company. Engen responded, I sent the email as instructed. No reply, even responding on Google is a facade.
