Feedback gevenI was hesitant to eat here due to the negative reviews, but I decided to give it a try. The food was acceptable, just what you would expect from A&W. However, I quickly became uneasy when I noticed how sticky the floors were; it felt like my shoes were glued to the ground with every step. As I waited for my order, I started to regret my choice, noticing a lot of dirt on the napkin dispenser, trash on the floor, a sticky lid dispenser, and splatters on the unused lids, along with fingerprints everywhere—on the doors, windows, and dirty tables. In the end, I opted to take my food to go and ended up eating in my car. This may be my first and last visit. It's a shame because A&W used to be a classic dining destination. This location really needs to improve, especially in the food industry.
As fans of Alan Wright's renowned fast food restaurant, we must say that our meal during the road trip was exceptional. The cheese on our burgers was hot and perfectly melted over the freshly cooked patties. The lettuce was crisp and fresh, and the condiments were evenly spread throughout the entire burger. If I could give it 6 stars out of 5, I definitely would!
I visited the restaurant for the first time and had to wait in line for 10 minutes without even being able to place my order. There was only one register open, and it seemed like they weren't interested in opening another one. It was a complete waste of time.
I’d like to highlight the staff member at the counter right now (just for the manager's information, it's May 31st at 3 PM, and he's wearing glasses). He is incredibly polite, professional, efficient, and very helpful. It's really refreshing to meet staff who genuinely care about their customers. He certainly deserves a raise!
The service was outstanding. The hamburgers were juicy and delicious, and the root beer was incredibly flavorful. I'm thrilled to see they've switched back to using cane sugar!
