Fish And Duck Sproat Lake Resort

The fish and duck house boating experience is absolutely the best one of our lives and the highlight of our year every year! We try to go at least two or three times a year and find a family that runs the resort and house boating service absolutely amazing and incredibly personable. They make sure everything is in order and have all the bases covered. This is the best option for a family and friend friendly event of your life time. Go and check it out!!!

I have booked a houseboat of fish and duck months in advance. on the day we were there, we were advised that one of the refrigerators did not work. they said, don't worry that we'll get a cooler with a lot of ice. the cooler was a tiny cooler enough to get a few drinks in that it is. Unfortunately, no other boats were available for the time we could change. we took the boat to a destination on the sea and then found most electrical plugs either not working or working very weak. effektiw we had only 1 function plug. the guy came out and said the shot was erroneous and gave us an extension cable to plug into the function plug and suggested that he would have someone out the next day at noon to repair. Nobody showed up. I followed them a radio. They said they were busy getting other boats out, but once they were done, they would have someone. No one showed up again. later at 5 I would ask again when someone came to fix the plugs. Nobody reacted. on the day I went, I recommended to the owner of what happened and my misfortune. he said they sent a guy the next day, but he was sent to the wrong boat. I find this very hard to believe when I told them several times the names of our boot. I told him how I called several times to get someone out and nobody reacted. he said that should not have happened and was not acceptable and that he would speak with accounting to see what they can do for me. so far nothing has been done and no response from them after several emails sent to them. very disappointed about the lack of service and care for what could have been a year to year again customers. I'm sorry you lost me now.

Very friendly and helpful employees. Great location. Just got back from our second trip with them and will, without a doubt, be back for a 3rd!

Great experience on the houseboat would highly recommend to anyone! Thanks also to Gary for taking our group out for the wake-surfing day. Couldn't have gone any better and really helped that he accommodated for both new and experienced surfers. 10/10.
