Starbucks - Port Alberni

Great Service, Great location on the way to Tofino, good indoor and outdoor seating.

Just went to the Starbucks drivethru, only car in the drivethru there open for two more hours. Chick takes my order on the intercom, then says she see me at the window. Ok so far so good, she then doesn't go to the window but the pink haired hippy decides she needs to move her car. Ok wait another 5 min still no one at the window and I'm leaving with no coffee! Crappiest Starbucks ever fire that pink haired employee

Last Starbucks before Tofino and First Starbucks after Tofino, for us a must stop, not just for the coffee, but staff are friendly, washrooms clean, I think this is my Seventh visit in 9 years, always the same

Stopped there on the way to and from Tofino. On way back, the espresso was still not available (neither on way out). When coffee was ready, there was no mention of the blueberry bar ordered and paid for. Had to request it after waiting. Two friends with us had ordered coffee, 2 muffins and 2 scones. Muffins were provided along with the coffee, but they had to return to ask for the muffins after 5 minutes. My coffee was extremely bitter, and I said so to the person who prepared it. His response was : "I don't know; i don't drink it". I returned it, and was not offered a replacement. I also heard other customers complaining that they had not received what they had ordered and paid for. No receipt offered, but that is perhaps the Starbucks policy ?

All I wanted was a very large cup of decaffeinated tea and some time to enjoy wifi. The customer service is so good here that I just have to give them a Shout-out.
