Downtown Dolce - Port Colborne

Stopped in for breakfast on a long weekend getaway. The omelets were fantastic and the coffee was delicious. We had a lovely conversation with the owner. As we enjoyed our breakfast many locals came in so we knew we chose the right place (lol).You can't go wrong with a visit to this gem of a restaurant.

Like the title says our food was terrible, my wife and I have been to Downtown Dolce multiple times and the food was always great, but this is the last time we are going, our eggs were burnt, the bacon was still raw, the sausage was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside and the pancakes still had flour on the inside. Clearly they have a cook that doesn't know how to control their grill top. We will not be recommending this place anymore.

Booked a breakfast date here for a large group of friends/colleagues. An area was set up for us. This is not a big place but we were accommodated nicely. Although the space was tight the staff worked quickly and efficiently to ensure all enjoyed the visit. I enjoyed my breakfast as did everyone in the party. I heard no complaints. Their menu had some unique items as well as the usual breakfast fare. The prices are very good and the portions just right and the orders filled quickly. Well worth a return visit.

My wife and I ate here for breakfast recently while day tripping. The food was good but the hash browns were a little dry. The price was very reasonable and the service friendly but a little slow as we had to ask for a couple of items a few times. The gellato looked very good and I will have to go back and try.

The Gelato is so good! All my favourite flavours! This family run restaurant is a friendly welcoming little shop. Love this place!
