Feedback gevenI stayed at this Comfort Inn while working in the area. I have stayed at many Comfort Inns before, but I have to say I wasn't very impressed with this one. The first room they gave me had a terrible bed, especially for a Comfort Inn. I asked to change rooms, and the second room they gave me wasn't much better. The beds were old, stained, and clearly in need of an update. They do offer breakfast in the morning, like most Comfort Inns, but all I really need is a comfortable bed as I travel frequently. I won't be staying here again when I return to the area.
This hotel offers great value for the price. At $93 per night including tax, you definitely get your money's worth.
I was really impressed with the fact that the windows could be opened at this hotel. I enjoy having a nice breeze. I stayed at this hotel with a friend and we had a room with 2 beds. As we were laying in our respective beds, I noticed a major problem - the table lamp. Like many hotels, there was a nightstand between the beds with a table lamp on it. Unfortunately, the lamp was right in our line of sight. While relaxing in bed, I couldn't even see my friend because the lamp was blocking the view. When I tried to move it, I realized that it was actually stuck to the table. It was quite frustrating and definitely put a damper on our conversation.
If you like fast food off of paper plates and eat with plastic cutlery this is for you the breakfast was not nice at all sausages were not cooked scrambled egg looked like it had been there a week.
This is a 3 story Inn with interior rooms and an Elevator , Unlike many older Comfort Inns in Canada. I found the Staff to be pleasant and my room clean and with all I needed , even mini fridge and micro. Easy to find directly off the 401. I found no problems with my stay. Also a Hot Breakfast !
