Arby's - Port Richey

I used to be frustrated when I had to wait 15-25 minutes for fast food and didn't receive an apology or any compensation for my time. But not at this place! I was actually given a free meal, can you believe it? Arby's not only won me over with their excellent food, but also their exceptional customer service. I appreciate that they are open late in my area and always make me feel like a valued customer. Thank you, Arby's!

I received the best service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant at this Arby's location. The young lady serving me had half purple and half dark colored hair, and she was incredibly helpful and kind. This was definitely the best Arby's experience I've ever had!

I visited the restaurant around 2:30 today. The person who took my order and the man who prepared it were very friendly, and they double-checked to ensure my order was accurate. This was a refreshing change compared to most fast food places.

The food is good, but the service is slow. Whenever you have any sort of special order or deviation from how they normally make the sandwich, it will likely be wrong. Not bad enough to stop eating there, but annoying enough to mention.

I'm really very nice about stars, but good gods are these sweet kartoffel fries terrible. they taste like chemicals. customer service is amazing, a bit disorganized as we have two things that were not ours. overall they have to take a look at these pommes, something is not right with them.
