Moe's Southwest Grill - Port Wentworth

The staff is always friendly, but they do charge extra for adding queso to the bowls, which already cost over $13. When I finally received it, they only gave me a small ladle, and I could barely taste it among all the other ingredients in my bowl.

HORRIBLE experience. I placed an online order, but it was incorrect and items were missing. The food I did receive was drowning in so much oil that it felt like enough to fill a car engine – it was a soggy, disgusting mess. When I called to ask if I could have my food remade, the manager interrupted me and said, “I’ll just refund the whole order.” Fine by me, but I’m never coming back.

This place was excellent a few months ago, but it seems that there has been a complete turnover in staff, and the quality has declined rapidly. I'm very disappointed. They ran out of fresh food during peak dinner hours—when they should be fully prepared—and the staff appeared unhappy to have to restock or assist customers. They barely added a smear of guacamole to my bowl, and when I pointed it out, the employee said that they weren't supposed to give more. Honestly, half a teaspoon is not an acceptable serving of guacamole.

Ordered drinks, a couple of bowls and tacos. Displeased with the method of serving protein. The server literally scooped an even serving of the selected meat and then tilted the serving spoon to remove some of the meat. For $40, I certainly appreciate receiving-at the least- the full amount of protein served using the assigned utensil.

Predictable and consistent, which is always a plus for fast food.
