Quaker Steak Lube - Portage

My family and I visited on September 22nd, and surprisingly, it wasn't busy at all for a Friday. We placed our orders for drinks, an appetizer, and our meals. Unfortunately, our appetizer never arrived. To make matters worse, only part of our main order was delivered. I didn't start eating until my kids had their meals. When I finally took a bite of my sandwich, I found a piece of plastic in it! The manager was kind enough to remove the charge for my meal, but honestly, I don't think I'll be coming back.

Just went for the second time nothing changed amazing service and amazing wings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Heather Redmond was the best bar tender/ waitress I have ever had! She explained the answers to all the questions I had about drinks and menu items! The table side atmosphere was absolutely fantastic and it was all because of her and the vibe she has! She is a shining example of what a perfect employee and human being should be!!!

Our server, Berta, was extremely respectful and provided us with excellent information about the food and drinks.

Last week, I stopped in for a drink and food. Kim was amazing. I told her to surprise me for my drink. What she made and picked for me is now my favorite drink. Jeremy stop by to see how I was doing. We started talking for awhile. I’m going to be back real soon. Hopefully Kim will be there again.
