If you're seeking a true Ethiopian dining experience, Abyssinia Eats is a must visit. The variety of options is astounding from fragrant stews to injera bread. But what truly steals the show is the traditional coffee ceremony. Watch in awe as they pour your coffee from a jebena pot into tiny cups – it's a feast for the senses.
We have been to several other Ethiopian restaurants in the area and this is our favorite. We always enjoy the food and the service. Our go to is the veggie combo, beef combo and door wat. This is great for 3-4 people and gives you a little of everything.

Tasty food, generous portions and friendly hosts. I'm a native and have eaten at every Ethiopian restaurant in Portland. By far, this is my go to place. It didn't use to be like this a few years ago but this place has definitely improved over time.
