Ichi Teriyaki 23 - Portland

The food tasted burnt, like they didn’t clean the grill burnt. I ordered through Uber Eats. I don’t expect it to be perfect, but my food was crammed into a plastic bag. The simple instruction for the order wasn’t followed. No napkins, no utensils. Over $40 and no fork? I’ll just stick to Soy Grill when I’m craving teriyaki.

It can be a little lousy with the chicken flavor. I love the complementary soup for dine in but their soda machine was out of service and they had no water options in drinks at all. I can't drink carbonated drinks and I think ice water is bare minimum if I'm going to eat out somewhere.Food: 3/5

This place takes to long... the employees just talking. Forget things in orders. Very rude to the host and the cooks.

My family is in LOVE with Ichi!!! Our food is always hot and delicious EVERY TIME!!! Keep cooking and we will definitely keep coming back.Food: 5/5

Perfect. I want this every time I come to Portland. I moved to madras OR and we just don't have this cuisine.
