These sandwiches are incredible, the tomato bisque is probably the best I've ever had, 10/10 recommend

I picked up 2 different sandwiches today and they were both delicious! The owner was even able to accommodate my request for gluten free bread and he uses Canyonhouse bakery bread so it's way better than most other gluten free bread. I had the Rimatore and the basil and tomato was so yummy with the cheese! I love the little pickles and mustard with the chips. Super happy with my lunch today!

When I first saw this cart I was like lolok grilled cheese sandwiches, whatever and blew it off. Wow did I ever make a mistake. They aren't kidding when they say grilled cheese for adults To be greeted with THICK hunks of primo cheese on perfectly toasted delicious bread... warm chips... The vegan bisque was a flavor bomb for the dunking... Picture reflects what happened to the food: I ate it all to the last bit. Better pics when assuredly return.

Creative, delicious not-your-average grilled cheese sandwich. Plus they have gluten free options!

First time customer. I really, really wanted to like this. My Rube was burnt on one side. And I mean burnt. I did not notice till I got home as this was a To Go. Scraped off the carbon as best I could, but the joy and flavor that I was expecting were gone like the black flakes in my sink from my attempt at salvaging my pricey sandwich.
