Service was outstanding!! The potato salad was perfect even though the skins were left on it was tender. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

My friend always criticizes the food at every bar I've wanted to visit, except for Renner's. He actually enjoys the food here. They also serve drinks.

From a well respected and long founded bar, this place personifies the 80's tradional dive bar without the sticky carpets and nasty smell. You just have to walk in to experience the vibe. If you like it, great! If not, no harm no fowl.We had some chicken tenders and fries which hit the spot. This a great place to get out of the heat, have a beer, or a mixed drink relax and unwind! Low key, chillaxing and pleasant.Give'em a try!

I really miss my $2 breakfast at Renner's Bar and Grill. It feels like ages ago, back when I was living in Portland in 2017 and for most of my life before that, when eggs and bacon didn’t cost nearly as much! The service was always EXCELLENT! I’ll never forget bingo night. Please remember to tip your servers and bartenders well—they work hard. Unfortunately, I can't visit anymore since I now live in Astoria and work as a registered CPR/First Aid deckhand, taking people fishing. But I truly miss that bar. My boyfriend, who is also my boat captain, even joined me there for bingo night once and had a great time. We were all smiles! Giving this place 5 stars doesn’t even capture how much I loved going there.
