Price: Normal expected pricing.Food: As soon as I walked in, I immediately smelled the boba. Unfortunately, I was soon disappointed by the unsweetened boba lol. The Mangonada was pretty good..Vietnamese coffee, was ok. I was surprised I didn’t finish it though. I had been traveling for about a week and really wanted boba so when I walked in, I was super excited. Maybe I Hope myself up too much.Service: I don’t remember the service too much. They were definitely not mean — because I would’ve remembered that — they probably were overly excited like I was either lol.Environment: the inside was super cute. The drinks are fantastic. I appreciate the ability to customize the sugar level. There are plenty of flavors and mix-ins to choose from. The panda mixer is entertaining. Service is efficient and precise. We had to be cautious due to a broken table. Overall, food rating is 4 out of 5.

I arrived at the restaurant an hour before closing and ordered a tea with two servings of mini boba since they were out of regular boba. The employee scooped up only half of a serving of mini boba, claiming it was all they had left, even after I had already paid. This left me with only half of the boba I had paid for. Additionally, the ratios of milk and tea are inconsistent, causing my tea to be overly sweet at times and not sweet enough at others.

This tea shop is absolutely adorable. The staff is friendly and there is a great variety of drinks to choose from. I tried the T and T and it was amazing. The boba had the perfect chewiness and sweetness.

Super disappointed. Drove 20 minutes and got to your shop 15 minutes before you closed, to see that the staff decided to close early. It was a saturday night so assuming they just didn't feel like staying until the end of the shift.
