Sonic Drive-In - Pottsboro

Nema or nena I don't know who this girl is, but she's extremely rude. did not even give me time to order and when she came back, she missed the half of the order. when I asked, she said “$3.02” nothing else. When I talked to the manager, she wanted to laugh. very dissatisfied about how the girl was acting.

Pussed order, but to sonic on morton. he said please wait, I have waited 3 min as ordered 15 min for popcorn huhn never came a man next to me has not his meal too. so I drove after 18 minutes ungry

Absolutely terrible. EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here it’s the same story and situation. Order chicken tenders for our kid and they bring out these concrete twice fried chicken strips. Asked for a manager and she answers “ yeah what’s up” absolutely unprofessional and honestly a waste of space in Pottsboro we need a new restaurant very badly. I can’t be the only one who thinks this or has had a terrible experience. We get it you’re the only fast food in the town but at least have some respect for your establishment.

Do yourself a favor and go ahead and drive to the Denison sonic. On 07/22/2022 At about 4:46 I waited for approximately 6 minutes after they said we’ll be with you in a moment. They started to help people that showed up after me and I guess forgot about me. I drove to Denison and despite how busy they were had my order taken immediately and got my order very quickly.

Ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and ALL of them were raw. Already starting to feel sick.
