I am very upset to say that the pad thai was so heavy on the fish sauce that it was inedible for my partner and myself. The curry was not cooked down much with the vegetables still raw and broth being as thin as water. The steamed bun confused me at first, thinking I had bought 4 buns, but it came to me as one large bun which was the only thing I enjoyed from the meal. I'm sad truly since I heard so many good things about the food. The service through Grubhub was great though!
This seems like mostly a take out restaurant, it was completely empty. I tried the drunken noodles (pad ki mao) and they were oddly soggy and soft, not the best I've had. The eggplant basil dish was very liquidy, and barely had any eggplant. Actually, there was a little TOO much cabbage in it... lastly the best was probably the basil fried rice, which had the most flavor but sadly had frozen peas and carrots instead of fresh vegetables. Thai iced tea was not tasty at all, and I had to spill it. I don't recommend this place. 1 star for big portions but I rather have quality over quantity.
I'm not a picky eater and I can handle mediocre food, but we just had to throw away our entire dinner, it was that bad. Baffled by some of the positive reviews on here. Maybe we came on a bad day, but... yikes.
The noodle dishes are decent. Homie and mild. Not strongly seasoned which I like. But the Thai ice tea... they diute the base too much! It's so watery that the top part of the tea looks almost translucent! Really hope they will not diute their Thai iced tea too much. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
We went on a Wednesday and you couldn 't pay me to walk back into this establishment. Firstly upon walking in, we 're greated with only 4 lights on, no worker in sight and completely silent. That was fine but it did immediately pose some red flags The one worker who DID work there came out, looked at us, waved nonchalantly in a whatever fashion and kept on packing a to-go order. A simple be right there would 've sufficed but fine we still waited. When we were finally given the time of day it was after she placed a togo order on a table. Mind you we couldn 't even hear cooking in the kitchen it was dead silent with only 4 lights on. We assumed they were closing up shop early so we asked are you guys still open? The worker, i kid you not, gestures to the togo order and says well there 's a to go order right here. Are you going to sit or order out ... IMEDIATELY no. We STILL reluctantly sat down, were served old menues with the price changes being done by stickers and given dirty cups of water and not spoken to during either of those interactions. She disappears and it 's once again dead silent, only this time it 's as if we 're the only ones in there. We left. Never going back. I REALLY hope we just went at a bad time. Note to the owners: If i wanted to be treated like an inconvenience i would 've called my father.
