Ruth's Chris Steak House - Qualla

We are in Cherokee with another couple and it is both of our anniversaries so we decided to have a wonderful dinner. Been happier with the food and service. We definitely recommend it.

I don't usually give reviews, but last night's dinner was very disappointing. The Service was on point, but all 4 steaks were not cooked to the right temp. When you go to a steakhouse, that is the #1 thing they should get right!! 3 were overcooked and 1 was pretty much rare. Gotta do better when you are charging that kind of money!!

Since when does Ruth Chris restaurants let in guests wearing workout shorts and cut off t-shirts? This Ruth Chris was classless. The service was very slow. We didn't get sat for 20 minutes past our reservation time then waited for almost 30 minutes to get drinks and another 20 to place an order. The food was good but the experience was extremely disappointing and lacking. Not regular Ruth Chris standards at this location.

The order was wrong. Left off two lobster from the order claimed they got cold and had to cook new ones. Asked for shells to be removed but both original order and corrected order came with shells attached. Ice tea was light brown and tasteless. Had to wait 20 minutes past reservation time. Took 1 half hour to get the food and another 30 minutes to get the rest of the order. Was done with meal before they brought the rest of the food. Overall a very bad experience.

Daughter and I order Petite sirloin one was medium rare other was Medium both was not cook right, it was sent back both came back over cook. We have never had any issues with your Steaks before still going to come back we might not order steaks again.
