Domino's Pizza - Queens

My first order from this place and the food came very fast and hot. The food was kind of sloppy, so our order was in a hurry. Delicious food and I think it's a little underestimated. I had also expected a place to sit or eat, but there were none. I will definitely visit this site again in the future.

They consistently mark the status “supplied” on the pizza tracker well before they actually deliver the pizzas – so there is no possibility to know actual delivery times. drivers also refuse to come from their cars - customers must go to get their orders. manager now have one of the above problems.

I ordered chicken buffalo pizza thru the app. I step in the store the cashier was on the phone texting. I gently call him couple times, but he was ignoring me. I waited for more than 10 min. Iwas only in the store. He turned his face he give me my pizza but when I got home I found plain pizza.

It took almost one hour for delivery to come. It said delivery completed almost 30 minutes before actual arrival. Food was cold.

This is probably the worst dominos I have ever been to. I ordered online just so I don't have to wait and get my food on time. My order was ready coz I got a a text message from them saying it's ready yet they made me wait for 15 mins. The worker saw me waiting still didn't come to ask what I was waiting on till I yelled and said “excuse me?” that's when he tells me wait five minutes it's a lil busy. Like I get it but u couldn't just me tell me that earlier???? And also why would I wait coz my order was ready and there was no other customer besides me. Then I asked for a bag and the guy had an attitude. They really need to get better people for the store. If I could I would give them 0 stars
