Really bad service. after about 20 minutes of sitting. the waitress had a bad attitude from the beginning, hostile, rude and bad moods overall. there were about 3 other parties. after 20 minutes waiting time we were not served. the waitress served the masters who came to us (the masters smoke cigarettes in the restaurant and gave us the second smoke.) she said nothing when she saw us leave. Can not say whether there is discrimination or a terrible business practice of prioritizing regularities while ignore new customers. beautiful that we have gone because I see bad reviews about cleanliness and shurken. never again. glad phayul was close to redeem the night.
I hate giving bad reviews but my experience was really horrible here. The waiter gave us the menu and then never came to take our order. If it was busy I would have understood but there were only three groups of people seated for dinner in the entire restaurant. After 20 minutes of waiting and not being able to order we left. The worst part is that the waiter took the order of people who were seated after we arrived, who seemed like regulars. After 20 minutes of waiting and being ignored, we decided to leave out of frustration. As we walked out the waiter noticed us leaving but didn’t seem to care. Definitely the worst service experience I’ve had in a while.
I Oder chicken momo to go for my kid it was uncooked there was no fork or spoon no napkins very unprofessional waiting time takes forever?This place don’t even deserve one star ??
Went there with couple of friends and ordered a bucket of beer and asked for another round.that’s 2 bucket and bill came down to 147 .was shocked to see even though I was drunk n had to clarify if I didn’t I would have paid that amount..they shouldn’t do this kinda mistake in future..since they already swiped my card n they refunded 60$..so total it cost of 87 for 2 buckets even that seemed high to me..bucket beer suppose to be cheaper I thought.
