Kfc - Quincy

This is the worst KFC I've ever been to. We placed an order through DoorDash at 8:30 AM and were told the food would be ready by 9 AM, but when we arrived, it wasn't even prepared. I don't think the staff is well trained. We did not receive our food until 10 AM. I decided to leave because I didn't want to wait any longer. It was a terrible experience!

The food is as you'd expect from KFC—not better or worse than any other location. The drive-thru staff are very polite. However, they often forget to provide my receipt, about 9 out of 10 times.

I went to KFC with two friends, and we received only one of the two pages we needed for our crates. We also asked for some sauce but didn’t get any, and they forgot my Mountain Dew. Overall, I’d rate it 2 out of 5. Popeyes is better.

Worst almost food experience I had. that was cold. that was very long, over 10 minutes. filz ignored as a walkable customer. will not come back here.

If you guys are actually desperate enough to charge .50 for dipping sauce... ACTUALLY make sure you give it to the customer and not steal our money....
