Ordered 8pc extra crispy meal in drive-thru. Waited approx 45 min ran out of biscuits(substituted 3 legs, but not point) I suggest to order on line or phone if getting any kind of buckets. Chicken was soggy, not crispy, even a day later... Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Recommended dishes: Coleslaw

Update: Feb 18th 2023....gave another chance and screwed my order up again, didn't give me my breast and potatoes with gravy...not driving back as I'm home these idiots want 15.00 an hour but are more worried about being on their phones than giving service and completing orders. where the hell is the owners with these reviews. I wish they would shut down and open a Chik FIL A..............This is a review from October 23 2022....Worst KFC for over 10 years. Everytime I give them a chance they burn me. Expensive as hell, never have half the food especially friggin chicken, people are rude, drive-thru takes priority. I'll stay away another year and drive to Exeter. Shame they are half a mile away and if they wouldn't be classless useless idiots they'd get 100.00 a week out of me.

I will absolutely never go here again. Last time I tried was years ago, so I was hoping there was improvement. This time I placed a mobile order. I can accept having to wait if food is made fresh. But it didn't taste that fresh. I also didn't receive an order of 12 nuggets that I had ordered, as well as the 2 orders of fries. Lobby locked up, so that meant I had to go back through the drive through. On top of all that, the chicken bowls were missing the corn that is supposed to be there, and I didn't discover that until I got home. Seriously, do not waste your time. I wouldn't go there again even if it was free.

Out of everything even chicken waiting at window no one waited on me final went in for them to say they were out of almost everything it's was only 6:00 why stay open. Then Service: Take out Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
