Mogio's Gourmet Pizza - Red Oak

On-line it shows the restorer closed at 1030 and I came at 9:50. I saw at the door at 10 a.m. near time, so I went in and asked what the right time is and they confirmed 10 a.m. I wanted to go, but the guy on the front said it was okay, we're still technically open and helped me get my late order. I felt terrible because I know that the workers stopped coming in time, but I guess they let me place the order and get delicious fresh pizza. Thanks for the great customer service! I also have online orders before and their pasta is amazing!

The young man in the register was very friendly and helpful. He was patient and helpful. It was our first time to try it and food was delicious. The food was hot. We enjoyed our visit and will definitely try something new again.

We ate the red oak. It was our first visit to this restaurant. We ordered a pizza and a chicken pit sandwich. They brought the pizza out, but no sandwich. I waited a bit more and went and asked the girl after the sandwich. I didn't get much of an answer, but she said OK. There was no sandwich waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes. At this point my husband was almost finished with the pizza, so I just went after a refund. I didn't get much of an apology or explanation. It was pretty strange. Of course we won't go back.

Milton went beyond and beyond! We ordered a gluten-free pizza because of an allergy in our family. Somehow it touched a regular pizza and although we did not see it, he cut off the contaminated part, told us what had happened, and made us a small extra pizza to pick up for the lost part. That was incredibly thoughtful and we appreciate his honesty and integrity very much. Now we don't have to worry about someone getting sick in our family. Very recommended as long as Milton or others he trains!!!

Very tasty pastas, sandwiches and pizzas! Great gluten free and dairy free options. 5 stars staff!
