O Compadre - Reguengos De Monsaraz

We were told this was a must for grilled sardines by our Airbnb host. He was right! We made it for the last week of fresh grilled sardines, and this place does it right! Loved Carme too! This is off the beaten path but worth it!

Very nice restaurant. Good to eat something or drink a beer

You can so easily walk past if you don't see the personal cobblestone outside the restaurant. I decided to check this out of the beaten path food place. I read a lot of reviews and agree with most. The food is hearty, local and cooked to perfection. I had the grilled sea bass. Worth a visit if you are near. I felt the prices were on the dear side. Shame I didn't take a photo.

Restaurante sencillo, muy familiar, de trato súper agradable y cercano, donde hemos cenado estupendamente porque todo estaba muy bueno y a buen precio. Carmen, es encantadora.
