Feedback gevenThe view over the river was nice. The coffee was not hot. With respect to the crispy chicken sandwich, the bunn was a bit dry and the crust was a bit soft, the chicken nuggets were a bit dry, and not especially crispy. The whole thing was a bit dry, since they didn't put much dressing in there. The lettuce leaves were fine.The young girls serving seemed a bit confused. No smiles to me.All in all the worst fast food experience, I have had in years. Not recommended. Try the Burger King down the road it cannot be any worse.
Service is so slow like snail, we travelled so far just for French vanilla and donut ,they took forever to take order,huge queue and they don’t understand in French or English,I don’t understand y can’t they change staff or increase ,customer satisfaction should be top priority.
I wake up in the morning and drive 80 kilometers to work and I wanted to buy a coffee and a beagle to relieve my tiredness. I walked into the drive-thru and ordered a regular black coffee and a cream cheese bagel. They slow down so much it's like they're making fun of you. It doesn't take two minutes to pour the coffee. Man, it sure wouldn't take you 15 minutes to put that cheese on the sandwich, my day is off to a bad start thanks!!!!!
They did not know how to make a London Fog latte. They asked me how to make it!? Shame on you Tim Hortons Corp these poor girls we're not trained properly.
Ordered tea not even hot… don’t even want to drink it… when complain they were super rude.. not listening and attending me… never coming
