Burger King - Richm

Took forever. Didn't want me to pull up to window because of them worrying timer on how long it takes for them to give you order and manager was rude about it. I asked for a refund and manager gave me WRONG amount of money back in which was right at $8 short. I was so disgusted at how he acted I wasn't worried about correct change. Note lady that took my money was laughing about me questioning her on why they don't want you to pull to 2nd window is because they're recorded on times and affects their bonuses.By far the worst Burger King ever and I speak of this as my situation today.I give that place 12 more months and it will shut down in my opinion

This is a Whopper with Cheese, extra Onions, no Lettuce......NOT! And it was cold. And the Onion Rings were cold. NEVER AGAIN. Just close, because you guys JUST DONT CARE

Just went thru the drive-thru, ended up waiting for about 20 minutes. The 3 whoppers I ordered did not have all the ingredients, pickles, onions or tomatoes for the 3 sandwiches. The 3 cheeseburgers also were made incorrectly with no condiments at all or pickles. The fries were cold. Not sure why we had to pull over and wait when everything was cold and not even made correctly. I really can't recommend going to this burger King at all.

Absolutely horrible! Drive thru is supposed to be quick service. If there are issues going on let the customer know so they can make their own decision instead of taking their money and waiting for 30 minutes for food! We had someplace else to be and needed something quickly!

I don’t understand how this Burger King is still open. 9 out of 10 attempts something is wrong and they can’t take orders in the drive thru or they mess up the simplest of orders. I would rather buy across town and come home with cold stuff than make another attempt to go to this location, completely tarnishes the brand.In the last few attempts: 2 occasions they asked me to come inside (why can’t the drive thru person walk to the front register) asked me to wait at the order box for 7 min before i could drive up to pick up my order informed me they are out of most items (i rarely see anyone there) people rarely seem like they are happy to be there. If you hate it so much, stay home!I did have a great manager experience there not to long ago, she was really pleasant and appreciative of me being there.
