Sal's Authentic New York Pizza Richmond

I ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni pizza, along with mozzarella sticks and buffalo wings. The pizza crust strikes a perfect balance—not too thin and not too thick—so it still tastes great even when it gets cold. The buffalo wings are crispy and well-coated, which is fantastic. All the sauces and dips are delicious. They provide free water, and the staff is quick and friendly. Overall, a great experience!

When you are hungry and can 't be bothered cooking, (a common occurrence for me! you take stock of your takeaway/dineout options and battle with deciding which is the healthiest choice. ...and then sometimes you just get pizza! I love pizza, but unfortunately, my body does not. Well, luckily, there is Sals amazingly unique recipe dough. I find that the pizza base on Sals pizzas do not give me the typical digestive issues I have with other more typical outlets. Another bonus? It tastes amazing! I popped in one night to pick up a large pizza (Large is an understatement! and could not decide between the 100 pepperoni black garlic and the Buffalo chicken. Fortunately I could choose a half and half, and I could have both in one pizza. Upon ordering the pizza I was informed that the kitchen had run out of black garlic which was a real shame, so I 'downgraded ' to the standard pepperoni. The pizza was made very quickly in the clean and tidy kitchen and I was able to collect it in 10 minutes. As mentioned above, the pizza was delicious. Besides the amazing base, the toppings were well balanced with the pepperoni sitting nicely in the flavourful profile with the cheese, and the Buffalo chicken had a nice hint of blue cheese. The cheese dripped from the slices, just how good pizza should. Also, the serving was huge, and the next day heated up, I 'm sure it tasted even better! Next time you are wanting pizza, do yourself a favour and skip the more typical options. It won 't cost you a lot more, but your body (and taste buds with thank you for it!

Phoned in an order to pick up later in the afternoon, service was good and organized. Went in to pick up my order and it was coming out the oven, on time. Pizza was so fresh and cheesey. Buffalo wings go good with Ranch. Restaurant was nice and clean, welcoming staff.

It's always a safe option having a 5 Borough pizza at sal's. It's just super yummie!!! I'd always recommend to dine in and get that sizzling hot pie delivered right in front of you, ready to enjoy;

The highlight of my visit, however, was the outstanding service from the manager, Bonny. She epitomized hospitality, welcoming us with a warm smile and making us feel like family from the moment we walked in. Her cheerful demeanor and keen attention to detail made our experience truly memorable. Overall, I can't recommend Sal's Pizza highly enough. If you're looking for a perfect combination of delicious pizza and exceptional service, this restaurant is a must-visit. Five stars all around!
