Chipotle Mexican Grill - Richmond

I ordered a burrito bowl and only received a bowl of chicken. Nothing else. My receipt said fajita veggies, guacamole, I got none of that. I can't believe Chipotle played in my face ?

This Chipotle is by far the best I?ve been to. The staff is amazing, very friendly and personable. They maintained professionalism and were a joy to interact with. The manager Shay was great and his team is awesome. Jay (Jaqui I think) made our bowls and he was the best! He mixed up each of the ingredients before scooping them into the bowls (I take this seriously! No one wants dry crusty ingredients lol) and he was so sweet and patient with my group as we figured out what we wanted. I definitely recommend this location!! Will be back soon ?

This was my order after waiting 40+ on an online order. The guac that costs extra was a quarter of an avocado that was not massed at all! I asked for black beans and there wasn?t any! Don?t plan to ever come back here

When I came to the counter, I looked at my phone (as the woman behind the counter served the customer in front of me) and tried my Chipotle app...

Consistently coincidentally closed. consistently on catering orders and do not have enough staff to serve customers locally. delicious food, but terrible...
