Go Go Vegan Go Food Truck - Richmond

It appears that this restaurant is a pop-up food truck with irregular hours. There is no website to gather more information from, other than a t-shirt site, and they do not frequently update their Facebook page (their last post was in early June at the time of this review). It also seems that they may be associated with Hang Space, or possibly even the same entity. While I'm sure they serve delicious food, locating them and determining their operating hours is quite confusing.

The kitchen at this restaurant is both inspiring and imaginative! The fishless tacos are delicious and the burgers are great as well. The "Not so Pad Thai fries" are a must-try and rightfully receive high praise. The truck's art is also awesome. I always make sure to look for them first at every local festival.

Everything that they make is amazing! A perfect combination of flavors and textures. My personal favorite are the Sailor Fishless Tacos.

Go Go Vegan Go is an all vegan food truck serving delicious and healthy street food style food. Everything they make is bursting with flavor (you really can 't go wrong picking anything on their menu), but the pad thai fries and the fish tacos are both particularly amazing.

I really enjoy this restaurant when I'm looking for something particularly delicious or indulgent. I appreciate that they partner with breweries, as their food pairs perfectly with a cold beer. Their pad Thai fries are especially popular, but everything on the menu is great. While I'm not usually a fan of the beyond burger, they prepare it perfectly here.
