G's Pizza & Grill - Richmond

Bad food and bad service! buyer beware go elsewhere and be glad they did it! the owner does not even care to hear them and takes too much! he must be right! other people agree that this place is great!

I wish I could give 0 stars. nasty, not only the food situation, it wasn't right. I have ordered online via eatstreet. when I picked it up, the restaurant was evil. filthy. have all gone home when I realized that my order was wrong and burned! I called to complain and was said since I ordered online over eatstreet, I couldn't get my money back. what?! also I had to take back the pizza if I wanted my money! will never go back! I will also make sure that everyone I know will not go there either!

Do not go to g’s pizza. an order abandoned. they needed 2 hours to get me my food. When they came to my house, the shipper wrote that I came out. When I came to the door, I checked my pizza and the cheese was everywhere, but on the pizza. told the supplier to give me my money and keep the pizza he asked me for the wing. I called the load to talk to manager. he told me he could get another pizza that would be an extra 30 minutes. told him he could keep it and for the hate only give me the wings that were only 10 wings and a family of 4 full. he said we couldn't hold the wings. I will never be here again or recommend this place to everyone. the customer service was absolutely terrible and unprofessional. they have overloaded me, my order was crushed and then were rude about it and would give me no refund for food I could not eat. there are so many better places where people are friendly. also papa johns would be better! my review is based on delivedry and my experience with khari.

Never Again. I placed an order for delivery. The shrimp sub and fries. The shrimp was coconut shrimp smothered in what I guess was cheap hot sauce. That alone , not to bad. But taking a bite into the shrimps tail and nearly choking was too much. Anyway, my dog enjoyed it.
