Aqua Lounge - Richmond

It's a nice club but management sucks.. They don't check ID's, (ABC will soon take their liquor license).. will say customer didn't pay for food that they paid for and then get smart and ratchet with the customer. Very unprofessional.. this club will soon be shut down too!! Take your business elsewhere .. If the looks of club matched its owners/managers it would be a nice venue but since it doesn't Plush is right across the street.

When you think of the word ghetto, imagine this place. Its an 18 and over club that sells alcohol to patrons over 21 ofcourse, which i find too risky. If you want to listen to trap with a young crowd with enfamil still on their tongue, come here, if not, LEAVE FAST.

What a beautiful, spacious venue! I've hosted several parties here—two for my toddler during the day and one for myself. The service is excellent and the food is amazing!

Extremely disrespectful. We purchased tickets for an event in advance and received bracelets, but when we arrived, they were asking for an extra $20 at the door. When we refused to pay, they began forcefully pushing everyone out, including women in high heels. One of the security guards even got physical and pulled out a gun. I had no idea they carried weapons, but this guard did. It was a very unsettling experience, and I really hope this establishment is shut down. I advise against going there, as it could be dangerous. We will be reporting this incident to the authorities.

The atmosphere wasn’t bad, so I decided to grab some drinks at the bar. Unfortunately, three drinks cost us $35, and the bartending service was poor. It got so chaotic that I struggled to move around. Eventually, after an altercation with the bartender, she returned my card and ID by throwing them on the table and hitting my friend's hand in the process. That was the last straw for me, and I chose to leave. I was really looking forward to this place after hearing good reviews, but I definitely won’t be returning. I advise others to steer clear of this unprofessional club.
