Kahlo's Taqueria - Richmond

We went on a date night, and it was EXCELLENT. Kelsey, our server, was so friendly and personable; we felt so welcomed with her. Plus, the food was delicious. We can’t wait to go again.

My favorite neighborhood spot in Union Hill.Great tacos and fresh drinks. I get takeout at least once a week.

We loved their creamy,flavorful salsa.Their salsa stayed on the tortilla chip. The pork tacos were so flavorful. Next time I'll try their mimosas!

Beware of roaches!We sat on the patio for 30 minutes and no one ever took our order. Two waitresses kept walking by as if we were invisible. We decided to go inside and sit at the bar hoping to order. We were greeted 3 different times. One lady asked if we were having drinks. We said yes, margaritas. Then she walked off and never came back. Another lady asked and we told her the same thing, but she continued to clean glasses. Then one of the waitresses from the patio greeted us as if it were her first time seeing us. 40 minutes later, we still hadn’t ordered food and no margaritas BUT we did get a glass of water with a ROACH floating on top! After that we left.The whole ordeal was unbelievable. Do better. Very inattentive and unorganized.

It's a very cute space in a wonderful location. I wanted to love it, but the quality of food/drinks was not exceptional. The drinks were made from that industrial jug of pre-made mix, which was very disappointing. There's nothing unique or interesting on this menu differentiating it from the other 1200 Mexican restaurants. Kind servers, but very inattentive. Felt basically ignored.
