Long John Silver's (31261) - Richmond

Not satisfied with the two pieces of fish and fries. The fish was very salty. Didn't eat it because the dough was too salty.

Very poor. I order a big family dinner. They had no side, but string beans. They were lazy to fix the other side order. That's the second time they happened. I want to go back

All of them were on their phones. We had to wait extra because they had to get our order back, but they didn't say why. When we received them, it was cold and fish was over boiled. I ordered salmon tacos. They were hot and naked, not a bullshit. Coleslaw was great.

First, the Nooo business had that GOOD! I didn't eat here for a long time, but I know it didn't taste like that. I had 2 fish and 6 shrimps with rice and green beans! The beans were very well seasoned, the dough on the shrimps and fish was amazing. Please keep who's on your kitchen staff?

The employee that helped me was very friendly. However, not once did I see anyone wash their hands, wear food handling gloves nor wipe down surfaces no longer being used, but still needed some attention. My fries were almost cold, the entrees were not fresh, and my dessert was already open before I was about to eat it.
