This restaurant undoubtedly serves the best food of any restaurant or shop in Richmond. The flavors are authentic and simply delicious. I judge a true chef by their ability to make a real falafel, and this place offers the best I've ever tasted. Be sure to try the ground lamb, eggplant, and chickpea dishes, and don't miss their incredible baklava!

We absolutely love Mesopotamia! It's not every day that you find a restaurant where you can sample the food before placing your order, but the owner truly wants everyone to experience and enjoy the dishes. Everything is so delicious that it can be tough to decide what to pick. The owner is incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly, which has drawn us back multiple times without ever being disappointed.

This is the best Mediterranean food in Richmond! You can order and eat it there or like any deli take it home for later. I usually end up doing both.

Great food, wonderful service. You will be greeted with a plate of samples and he explains each dish. The Turkish Coffee is wonderful!
