Some of the best subs in the city. Don 't go here if you 're looking for aoli or arugula or brown mustard. Go here if you want a sub with LTO and solid working-class vibes. Also you can 't go inside.

Indoor service is no longer available, only a drive thru. Eating a messy sub in the car kind of turns me off, would rather have access to indoor eating. I ordered the steak and cheese everything on it. It was bland and it came out cool. My previous experience was not good either, not sure what is happening at this place. Probably won't visit again as there are many places nearby to eat.

Went here after hearing so much about them! Worst steak and cheese I’ve ever had. The meat was chopped too fine and there wasn’t enough cheese. The meat also lacked seasoning. The food was very hot and you could tell it was made to order. Would go back to try another sandwich. I got the wings, they were good but heavily breaded and spicy, wish there was a disclaimer. Fries were hot and fresh, just needed salt. The cookie was wasn’t great but it wasn’t terrible. Wouldn’t get it again.

Thee BEST Sub place in the Richmond Area. Never disappoints! Always my 1st choice before anything else

I’m 99% sure I keep Mr. Submarine in business. I eat there wayyyy too often but the food AND service are just that good.
