The food left a lot to be desired very plain and very dull the coke the soft drinks with $3.25 a piece very overpriced the customer service the guy who waited on us was not attentive at all we had to wait a long time for a box and our tickets I won't be going back there again extremely overpriced for the quality

Did a dash pass order, it was very good. sizes of portions was plentiful and it tastes the way it should if you eat a lot of Chinese you know what I mean would go again

Beef chow fan was so disgusting. Online price stated $16.00, but in person price was $18.00. A 16 oz sprite can soda was $3.00. Not enough beef for the portion of food. Parking: Not even three parking spots available in front of the location.

Food was off the chart! Madison served us and she was spectacular! So knowledgeable and made our lunch an amazing one. When we come back to Richmond we will be back!!!

I am so disappointed with my food. I’ve been to the short pump location but wanted to try the Scott’s addition because it’s closer to my house. The golden mountain chicken was so bland. No flavor in the sauce so I could only taste the breading. the rice tasted like it was old dry. Unfortunately, I will not come back to this location.
