Pizza Hut - Richmond

Way to go Staples Mill!!! Best pizza I have had in a very long time...way better than Domino's by far. Customer service is on point and they made our pizza to perfection. Best store hands down!!

I can understand some of the frustration and poor reviews, but I also feel I need to give this location some credit tonight. We placed an online order for two medium pizzas, one thin crust chicken supreme and one with pepperoni and extra cheese. The pies were delivered within the promised time but the pepperoni and extra cheese pizza did not have extra cheese, in fact it had very little cheese. The chicken supreme was good. My husband called and the person that answered, he did not get her name, was very helpful. She offered us a credit or a new pie so we got the pie. The replacement pie was delivered quickly and made perfectly. It was delivered friendly and apologetically. Kudos to the team at the store tonight who even though they screwed it up at first, they fixed it and made it right.

This is one of the worst Pizza Hut locations I've ever seen. The food was terrible and undercooked. I do not recommend eating here unless you have no other choice.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am stuck in the house due to an injury and ordered delivery. The pizza was ordered with 3 toppings. They left off one and was so stingy with the cheese. What little cheese was on there was burnt and although the pizza was overcooked, it was also cold. I couldn't even eat it. Had to throw away the whole thing. Of course when I tried to call, I was immediately put on hold and they never came back.

Pizza is like any other Pizza Hut, if you've been to one, you've been to all Quick delivery from this place. Wings are done pretty sloppy though. The sauce is just thrown on top, doesn't cover the wings and doesn't look appealing.
