TGI FRIDAYS - Richmond (Midlothian Tpke)

I reserved on open table, but they said they did not accept any reservations? What's going on?

I have the Parmesan chicken. it would have been delicious, but was salted excessively until I could not eat it. it was also a tade too crispy and burned. the server stopped by to ask how everything was, and normally I wouldn't complain, but I couldn't eat it, it was the salty. server asked what he could do to make it right, so I asked about something more huh without the whole salt. the server said he had another complaint this evening. after a little wait (again,) more huh came, this time salty, but it was more burned and crispy. I could take most of them home and cool overnight. once again heated in the microwave, it was not so crispy and I could cut off the burned pieces. I will not be back to this tgif location. if it's not the first time right, it should be the second. there was no possibility that I wanted to wait for a third attempt. I'm in the usually quite easy to go and understand, but not up to the point that I'm going this restaurant again often.

The food lasted half an hour and my date, and I prefer two jack daniels boneless wings and we only got one.

Place was dirty. Tables not cleaned, employees are around the chat

I ordered the Parmesan chicken at this restaurant. It had the potential to be delicious, but unfortunately it was overly salted and I couldn't eat it. The chicken was also too crispy and burnt. The server checked in on me and I mentioned the issue with the saltiness. They offered to bring me more chicken without as much salt, but when it arrived, it was still too salty and overly burnt. I ended up taking most of it home and was able to salvage some of it after reheating it. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and won't be returning to this TGIF location. If the food isn't right the first time, it should be better the second time around. I didn't want to wait for a third attempt and likely won't be dining at this restaurant again in the near future.
