Two Guys Pizza - Richmond

Walking in at 8:01 with a posted closing time of 9:00, we were told there was not time for us to sit and eat (even though the woman sweeping the floor clarified the dining room was open to 8:30. Which I assume is so people can eat and wrap up by closing time). We were told we could get slices from the available options at the counter but that’s it. It looked nice and smelled great but now we’ll never know!

Watch your receipt and charges closely. While we were there a kid was getting in trouble for double charging customers so I kept an eye on our charges just incase and they added extra tips for themselves on our credit card purchase. There’s a flat dollar amount added to what we were actually charged versus what our paper and signed receipt says.

Big slice, cheap price… but top was kinda raw and the sauce is kinda… yucky. I wiped it off with a napkin. Really sweet tomato paste with just an off-putting flavor.

I waited at the counter for 15 minutes while the staff completely ignored me. My friend had to keep pestering them before he finally received his order. When he did get his food, he confirmed that this place has really gone downhill. The service was terrible, and the food was subpar.

I used to be a regular at this restaurant, but I've stopped going because the quality of the food and service has declined since the new management took over.
