Not sure if there is a worse DQ than this, like people that work there are probably sick of working there, the ice cream is more on the side of smoothie then frozen cream, like for real, I’ve been here many times and it’s always crazy bad. Horrible place to go will not be going back ever. The staff at the drive thru was very rude to us . Our food was cold when we got it. We were the only ones in the drive thru and it took them ten minutes to open the window. And Why does it take ten minutes to make a milkshake when we were the only ones there. Looked like all of the staff was outside at the patio tables not working. If I could give zero stars I would, would not recommend to anybody very bad. It shows that they will say sorry for your experience but does nothing to improve the issues. Cleanliness should be a zero! The floor has not been cleaned in a very long time, there was trash and food crumbs all over the tables and chairs. The drink area was sticky and dirty all over and around the machine. You can tell cleanliness is not a priority! If they can’t clean the dining room, how are they handling the food?! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
