Excellent service. 5star Great Creation. 5star medium to bad wine selection on pairing. 3 stars big coffee. Five stars. The day we went was vegetable day. I'm not a big fan of vegetables, but everything was done. Similar to other Michelin stars in Europe. Just the wine that was perfect. Go for cocktails at a price of 40s or order through the bottle from 200s to 1000s. View almost 600 Renaissance per person plus drinks. Service included.

Really great! We loved how they are able to make fresh, locally grown ingredients to make some amazing dishes and our favorite was the broccoli, the heart of palms and pistachios with a butterfoam. We sat in the kitchen at the cooking table, which is highly recommended if you can get it. Another good sign was to see that the owner works in the kitchen, whatever was necessary, it is clear that this is his passion. Overall great experience and absolutely worthy of a Michelin star!
