Ridiculous that doors are locked to get in from the pool. That's a safety issue

Pay $141/quarterly extra for a gated community and the gate never works.Entrance gate has been broken for 6 months, with no response from the HOA to fix the issue. Exit gate has been broken for 5 months and again HOA could care less to fix the issue.Everybody in the neighborhood community pays $141/quarterly, but that money doesn’t seem to fix the issue.Rear gates have remained open since the community has existed. HOA then says they’re going to close the rear gates permanently. Which leaves residence with one way in and one way out, which if anybody in their right sense on the board had a clue, there should always be two ways out of a community.HOA doesn’t care. Weeds are all over the neighborhood, near the sidewalks (not directly in front or side of homes), but yet they’ll send you a notice for two weeds along your sidewalk.This HOA is a joke. Do not recommend paying the $423/quarterly.

The Mariposa neighborhood and the community center are the perfect place to retreat from the crazy chaos of life. Quiet. Serene. Beautiful. Simply stunning. You can hear the birds chirping, the crickets singing, and other wild life moving about. Plus, the silence here is deep. No police sirens. No traffic moving about. I highly recommend this neighborhood to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to live in New Mexico.

I did a tour today in an effort to assess housing options while on work assignmnet... Incredibly impressed... The facility which includes indoor and out door pools, a large meeting space and gym, is immaculate, in good repait and professionally run by the local HOA...
